Do you ship to Australia?

Yes, we do! However, currently we can only send items under 3kg. All items on our website 3kg and under are available to purchase with an Australian address. If the shipping costs are higher or lower than what is charged at checkout, once the item is packaged up, we will contact you to either refund the difference or let you know what the new shipping quote is.

Do you ship larger items like furniture within NZ?

We're happy to ship larger furniture items within NZ if shipping is organised by the buyer. Please email or direct message us on our Instagram page for more information.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to get orders out within 2-3 working days of the order being placed. If there are no shipping delays your order should arrive via courier or NZ Post within 4 - 7 working days. Occasionally we can deliver within Auckland if the item/s are needed sooner. Please email or contact us via Instagram for further details.

Is your packaging recyclable?

We make a concerted effort to ensure our packaging is recyclable or reusable using recycled cardboard boxes and previously used packaging. Occasionally we use bubblewrap which we hope customers will reuse for packaging or storage purposes.
